Overview

Join Our Growing Team! Our team is growing and we’re looking to hire another technician for our team!

As a Martech / RevOps / Automations Specialist with us, your days will be filled with a variety of tasks that keep things interesting and engaging. You'll work within our project management system, completing assigned tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Troubleshooting and fixing client Zaps and CRM workflows will be part of your routine, and you'll keep clients updated via Slack or Loom videos.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix client Zaps and CRM workflows.
• Work within the project management system to complete assigned tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
• Watch call recordings to extract details, map them out in a flowchart, and implement automation solutions.
• Transform client ideas into efficient automations to save time and boost revenue.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to clients via Slack, Loom videos, or Zoom as needed.

Qualifications / Must-Haves

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, diagnose problems quickly, and implement solutions efficiently.
• Strong visualization skills, including diagrams or flowcharts; capable of breaking client outcomes into actionable steps.
• Attention to detail; trusted to manage the behind-the-scenes of multi 7- and 8-figure businesses.
• Full-time availability in the North American Eastern Time Zone; able to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
• Familiarity with tools: Zapier (required), Integromat, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot (preferred), Close, Pipedrive, Clickfunnels, ScheduleOnce, Calendly, Typeform, Wufoo, Google Sheets, Aloware, Slack.
• Ownership mindset, willingness to take responsibility for tasks and outcomes, including failures; strong desire to learn in a fast-evolving industry.
