The Team

As an Associate Technology and Management Consultant you are part of our Value Engineering team and the trusted advisor for customers working at the intersection of technology and business. As a Value Engineer (VE), you partner with sales and customers to create compelling and innovative technical solutions to critical business problems leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. A great VE understands the customer, the technology, and the sales cycle, making it a challenging and fulfilling role in Enterprise Software.

You will be joining the Global VE Center of Excellence, an international, diverse, and dynamic organization at the core of the Celonis Value Engineering team supporting local field teams. The team culture emphasizes trust, continuous development, and improvement through coaching and mentoring.

The Role

The Orbit Graduate Program launches talented individuals into the enterprise software world as an Associate Value Engineer. The 12-month program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and a collaborative culture designed to develop essential VE skills and competencies and establish strong lasting relationships for career growth at Celonis. Your journey starts with onboarding and enablement to develop your business and Celonis skills through hands-on customer engagements and training covering Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation & demo skills, discovery & objection handling, and value selling.

The Work You'll Do

• Work as part of the Global VE CoE to support the UK Value Engineering team on customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives and AI Strategy
• Execute proof projects showcasing value, frame a quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions
• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology
• Drive change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment
• Build strong relationships with customers by earning trust through technical, product, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to share insights and influence co-development of AI product innovations
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to regional teams
• Travel to the UK region to meet clients in person to ensure successful engagements

The Qualifications You Need

You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science / Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics or related fields, plus relevant work or internship experience. You are curious, self-motivated, enjoy continuous learning, and want to work in a lively, high-growth environment.
