Formación

• 3+ years HR-related experience with focus on performance management.
• Experience within the educational sector is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full annual performance management cycle.
• Promote consistency and equity by aligning individual and team goals.
• Support managers in crafting impactful SMART objectives.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for performance trends.
• Collaborate in building the annual talent management plan.
