SEEKING: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of AI engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on machine learning, deep learning, and generative artificial intelligence.
• Design and optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy; implement generative AI solutions such as NLP, content generation, personalization, automation, and recommendation systems.
• Supervise code quality and promote good development practices within the team.
• Coordinate deployment of models in production, including MLOps, AIOps, and GenAIOps.
• Stay updated on AI trends and advances to incorporate best practices.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and foster collaboration.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of experience in developing AI, machine learning, and generative AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and generative models such as GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience managing and configuring vector databases.
• Familiarity with software architecture and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of hyperscaler AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning).
• Experience with MLOps and automation pipelines.
• Proficiency with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like REST API or MQTT.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating generative AI into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Contributions to the AI community are a plus.

EDUCATION:

Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

LANGUAGE:

Fluent in English (C1 speaking and writing).

WE OFFER:

• Full-time freelance contract.
• Rate: 260-280 EUR per day VAT, depending on experience.
• Long-term project.
