We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager East that will lead Regeneron’s Immunology sales specialist team across Dermatology. The Sales Manager will co-create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. They will ensure excellent execution of commercial strategies in collaboration with our partners.

A typical day might include:
  • Lead the team by providing relevant feedback, coaching, training, development planning, and managing talent effectively.
  • Identify and share the best methodologies to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Regeneron’s co-commercialization partners and expand the company’s reputation with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
  • Ensure the team has extensive knowledge of products, competitor therapies, and the environment to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to Regional and Local Account strategic plans by operationalizing them with tactical plans assigned to team members.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet revenue targets, take corrective actions when needed, and act in compliance with industry codes and Regeneron’s SOPs.
This role might be for you if:
  • Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry - Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
  • You will co-create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. You will manage a team within a designated region, and effectively coach and performance manage the sales team to deliver commercial goals.
  • You are passionate about Team Management, with strong ability to manage & coach sales team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are committed to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnership internally & externally, previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology. We're looking for 7+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector. Dermatology experience and experience working as part of an alliance are desirable. You are comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. A high level of English is required.
