Overview

We are looking for a professional and creative Architect, with good technical knowledge, motivated and eager to join the building team to carry out projects of different types and scales.

• Someone who will be part of the project-drafting team in all its phases
• Someone who will maintain relations with collaborators (MEP, structures, etc.), clients, construction companies, official organizations, etc.
• Someone who will actively participate in the construction process

About you

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in Stage 3 : Schematic Design and Stage 4 : Detail Design will be positively evaluated
• Ability to deal with clients, collaboratos, builders, official bodies, etc.
• Mastery of current and applicable regulations
• Mastery of the process of obtaining building licenses
• Resolute in various administrative procedures
• Creative, with good technical knowledge, organised, independent, proactive, innovative and a good communicator
• Excitement, empathy and curiosity for learning
• Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit
• A high level of English would be an asset
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Knowledge of Sketchup or Rhinoceros 3D would be an asset
