A leading insurance services provider in Madrid is looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The role involves analyzing and mapping business processes to system modules and performing configuration in INSIS. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and an advanced English level. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with insurance platforms like INSIS is preferred. The position offers competitive compensation and professional development opportunities.
Analyze and map client business processes to system modules, including Product Configuration, Quoting / Issuing, Policy Administration, Billing and collections, and Claims.
Lead requirements workshops and write clear, testable user stories for configuration, customization, and others.
Perform hands-on configuration in INSIS to define products, coverages, and business logic.
Act as the subject matter expert on core INSIS functionalities and insurance concepts.
Collaborate with development teams on development specifications and support QA testing activities.
Validate that the configured solution meets business requirements and adheres to best practices.
Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post.
Proven experience (5 years) within the insurance industry (Life, General / P&C, or Health).
Strong understanding of the full insurance lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced English level (written and oral)
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment, including writing effective user stories.
Demonstrable experience with a core insurance platform (e.g., INSIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, TIA, Sapiens).
