At ING we are looking for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer to join our Engagement Funnel Team of the Customer Interactions Tribe and Brand Experience CoE. The responsibility of this team is to implement a next gen Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid.
We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones. Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute positively to the successful migration of our legacy marketing automation platform to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.
- Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth.
- Provide technical guidance, maintenance and support during implementation, testing, and post-migration phases.

Experience and skills
Essential:
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics – Strong understanding of data analysis and customer journey insights. Design of dashboards and reports.
- Tag Management Systems – Experience with Tealium or similar tag managers for data collection and integration. Consent management
- Consent Management Platforms – Familiarity with Didomi or equivalent tools for managing user consent and privacy compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, focused on Adobe RT-CDP.
- Adobe XDM Data Modelling and E/R modelling knowledge
- ETL & functional knowledge
- CI/CD – Azure DevOps experience
- Azure and/or other cloud environments
- Strong vendor experience with testing (Unit, Integration, End-to-End, Smoke)
- Best practices in testing
- Nice to have:
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and SQL/PL-SQL knowledge
- Data Engineering & Data Mesh background
- Unix scripting & Python experience
- Event Driven architectural patterns
- Spark & PySpark knowledge
