A dynamic international company in Barcelona is seeking an Accounts Payable & Finance Administrative. In this role, you will handle accounting tasks, manage supplier payments, and contribute to treasury processes. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience, along with fluency in English and Spanish. The position offers flexible hours and a hybrid work environment.

Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in administrative and financial roles.
  • Knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP.
  • Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Participates in Treasury Committee process.
  • Coordination of payments to suppliers.
  • Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices.
  • Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops.
  • Supports foreign subsidiaries in treasury processes.
  • Management of bank remittances and bank rejections.
  • Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts.

Our finance team is growing 🚀, and we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Finance Administrative.

Main responsibilities
  • Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP.
  • Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Participates in Treasury Committee process.

Recommended Profile
  • Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar field.
  • Previous experience in administrative and financial roles: at least: 4 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and financial management platforms.
  • Mandatory: Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable.
