The Accounting & Reporting Specialist (W / M) plays a crucial role in supporting the finance department's controlling activities. This position involves managing financial data, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and monitoring and controlling costs against the budget.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and group regulations.
• Manage daily accounting operations, generate general ledger entries related to provisions and accruals, and ensure precise cost allocation.
• Participate in budget preparation by creating financial projections and entering budget data into SAP.
• Establish cost centers in SAP and monitor / control costs against the budget.
• Engage in month-end closing processes within the SAP FI / CO module.
• Prepare and analyze the monthly financial reporting package.
• Support both internal and external audits.
• Monitor and report on environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Team Support: Provide backup support to team members during peak times or absences.
• Administrative Support: Handle document management and communication with stakeholders.

What we look for
