Formación

  • Spanish is a strong plus.

The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias), a hub for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including intercompany transactions.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, employee expenses, and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure accurate coding of accounting entries and maintain organized financial records.
  • Assist with VAT filings, tax compliance, and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial statements.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent English communication; Spanish is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Spanish accounting/tax practices.
  • Knowledge of international operations (multi-currency, intercompany, payment processing).
