A leading advertising agency in Barcelona is seeking a seasoned professional to coordinate global campaigns and supervise an Account and Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in an advertising agency, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a high level of proficiency in both English and French. Formación

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in an advertising agency.

Purpose

The role is responsible for the coordination of client’s global 360º campaigns and projects and supervising an Account and Project Management Team. The profile would also be the main point of contact for the French Market as part of our Centralization HUB. It involves communicating clearly all the aspects of each campaign to all those involved and understanding both client’s and agency’s needs and objectives and liaising closely with them daily throughout projects.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their projects requirements. Be the main point of contact for clients and build a trusting relationship with them.
  • Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and ensuring their correct implementation in the French market.
  • Working with all agency departments to ensure all projects are correctly developed.
  • Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages.
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with project plans.
  • Delivery of the media plans for France.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of at least 6 years in an advertising agency.
  • Experience in managing 360° advertising campaigns and social media management.
  • Previous experience managing/mentoring others.
  • Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and able to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
  • User of project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, Adobe Workfront…
  • High level of English.
  • Car brand experience is a plus.
  • French Native level.
