The Opportunity

At Worldline we design and operate leading digital payments and transactional solutions that drive sustainable economic growth and strengthen trust and security in our markets. We are looking to hire an developing hunter to join the Spain sales team.

The primary mission is to learn how to prospect and generate meetings with potential clients begin developing business opportunities and expand the client portfolio in the Spanish market under supervision and with a clear development plan.

The ideal candidate should show interest in the Customer Experience (CX) market and be able to understand the value of our solutions for clients with a desire to learn and progress in an international environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities early in the Spain sales cycle supporting the team in qualification and advancing leads to opportunities.
  • Understand and promote the CX Suite portfolio as the entry point participating in trainings and demonstrations with guidance from a senior sales advisor.
  • Collaborate with partners and CCaaS sector consultants to strengthen relationships and generate opportunities under supervision and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain your Development and Prospecting Plan in collaboration with the Sales Director presenting progress updates on a quarterly basis.
  • Define the targeting strategy and map the relevant decision-makers to expand your network and presence in the Spanish CCaaS market.
  • Participate in presentations and demonstrations of our digital solutions with support from the technical and product teams.
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to understand needs and tailor approaches.
  • Support organization and participation in trade shows conferences and sector events in Spain.
  • Share key metrics: number of meetings, leads generated, opportunities detected and pipeline progress reporting regularly.
  • Be market-aware: monitor market trends and competitive landscape of the CCaaS market in Spain.
Who Are We Looking For
  • University education (bachelors degree or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification.
  • Junior hunter profile: with a clear interest in B2B sales especially in CCaaS and CX and eager to learn in an international environment.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about the Spanish market, ability to identify opportunities and enthusiasm for building a pipeline from scratch.
  • Communication and relationship skills: empathy, active listening, asking appropriate questions and the ability to connect with different stakeholders as you progress in the learning journey.
  • Proactivity, organization and results focus. Resilience to handle objections and advance in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure alongside product managers, service managers and business unit leaders.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal to interact with clients and global teams.
  • Past experience in sales, customer service, B2B marketing, CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) or prospecting tools is advantageous but not required.
  • Commitment to personal development and a track record of growth within an international company that values talent.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
