What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

  • Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive successful deal closures
  • Understand partner markets and competition, evaluate reseller interest
  • Create partner loyalty, drive partner competencies and certifications in BU products
  • Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs
  • Collaborate with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and closure
  • Identify qualified opportunities and support partners in closing large deals
  • Work closely with telemarketing, sales teams, and key resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction
  • Monitor partner marketing plans, investments, and ROI
  • Attend country partner events to meet key partners

  • Are bilingual or proficient in German and have an advanced level of English
  • Have two years of related technical sales experience (preferred)
  • Are familiar with channel programs
  • Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Work towards goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and prioritization
  • Demonstrate innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Can establish clear action plans to achieve goals

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors

  • Full-time 39 hours/week temporary contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
  • Salary: €23,400 gross/year + up to €7,200 gross/year in bonus
