Reporting to the EMEA CCO and aligned to Cognizant’s P&R Business Unit, you will join our new business sales team.
Selling the full suite of Cognizant’s services and solutions, including market leading capabilities in Digital, Data, AI, and Cloud, etc, you will be the Sales trigger who will create value and drive business outcomes.
Your responsibility : pursuing 10-15 targeted Accounts in Spain
You will work with Spanish Client Partners and Sales team that will support all sales pursuits. Your extended team being in different geos in Europe and India.
You will get the support of dedicated teams to provide targeted marketing into designated accounts.
Your target portfolio will be of 5 to 10 millions .
You need to feel comfortable in leading from the front and show strong ability to be identified and trusted as a partner. You have strong ability to transform a prospect base into clients through a differentiated selling approach. You have a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution and define yourself as a self‑starter:
Strong track record in new business / net new logo sales for a large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global Systems Integrator
Experience of working alongside and building relationships within major Manufacturing / Automotive / Logistics / Aero & Défense accounts
Background in a Global Services Firm with onshore, nearshore and offshore capabilities is good to have
Knowledge and experience selling Digital, Data, Cloud, Consulting and application modernization offers
Demonstrable success selling multi million, multi-year deals.
Strong hunting abilities, consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.
