We are looking for a technology-driven Account Executive to join our commercial team. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth of strategic accounts in the B2B segment by leading the full sales cycle of our technology solutions (SaaS, cloud, digital services).

The Account Executive will be expected to identify customer needs, deliver consultative value propositions, negotiate and close deals—contributing directly to the company's revenue goals and building long-term relationships with key clients.

The main responsibilities you will have are:
  • Identify and prospect new potential clients in key industries through cold calls, events, LinkedIn, trade shows, and networking.
  • Lead product presentations, deliver tailored demos, manage commercial proposals, and adapt pitches to each client’s specific needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) up to date with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
  • Meet and exceed commercial KPIs, including MQL generation, closed deals, and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing feedback to help improve our solutions and go-to-market strategy.
What are the requirements?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role in tech or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
  • Strong results-driven mindset, proactive attitude, and high commercial initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Experience using tools such as CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (B2/C1 level).
