Paid Ads Manager – Account Director - Travel / Hotels

As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate to join our Account management team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly search engine marketing (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Userguest is currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on new exciting projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Paid Ads Managers working across different languages and markets.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, META, GHA campaigns for our key clients, ensuring performance excellence.
  • Oversee the delivery of Google Ads, META (Facebook / Instagram), GHA campaigns and provide strategic direction.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring best practices, high-quality execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Implement efficient processes, identify areas of improvement, and drive operational excellence within the team.
  • Ensure regular reporting and strategic reviews with clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively bringing new ideas and solutions to maximize client results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, etc.) to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management (essential) and solid knowledge of Meta Ads.
  • Strong background in account management with key clients, ideally within hospitality tech or digital marketing agencies.
  • Previous experience managing and growing a team, with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in English (Spanish, French or another European language is a strong plus).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
