We are seeking a Demand Planner for the AC product line, who will help ensure that the company's products are delivered on time to our customers through reliable and cost-effective logistical processes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Sales Planning and PSI Management
- Collect and integrate weekly, monthly, and quarterly air conditioning sales forecasts (Sell-in and Sell-out). Manage the price list for air conditioning.
- Maintain and update weekly PSI reports for the air conditioning category to ensure alignment with KAM, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Review forecast accuracy monthly and identify key gaps.
- Develop the N+6 rolling PSI demand plan for air conditioners, synchronize it with the supply chain and sales teams weekly, consolidate new order requirements, and input them into the factory.
- Support inventory health management of air conditioners, ensuring timely and accurate updates of inventory data to meet turnover targets.
- Optimize the end-to-end supply planning process for air conditioners to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain information for New Ark (CRM) purchase orders.
2. Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for air conditioning, tracking Sell-in and Sell-out trends.
- Analyze air conditioning data from AFEC / GFK reports.
3. Cross-departmental Collaboration
- Maintain effective communication with KAMs, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams to support order management.
- Assist KAMs in capturing changes in customer demand and coordinate with headquarters to prioritize container allocations.
- Facilitate collaboration among sales, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of the PSI cycle.
Requirements:
- Located in Barcelona or Madrid.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain or similar roles.
- Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or related field (not mandatory).
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all TCL stakeholders.
