• Provide thoughtful and reliable Workday support, helping to resolve complex issues and guiding colleagues through requests in the internal ticketing system.
• Shape and configure system functionality, implementing improvements and testing updates to ensure our Workday environment evolves in line with business needs.
• Apply your expertise in reporting and security to design reliable solutions, safeguard data integrity, and provide actionable insights that support confident decision-making.
• Create and nurture advanced Workday reporting solutions – including composite, advanced, trended, and matrix reports – using calculated fields and dashboards to bring clarity and insight.
• Use your understanding of Workday security to support safe and user-friendly processes, ensuring compliance while keeping things practical and accessible.
• Keep HCM setups accurate and well‑organised, ensuring that structures remain clear, up to date, and easy to work with.
• Explore Workday releases, assessing their impact and identifying opportunities to make everyday work smoother and more effective.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure data accuracy, and translate information into meaningful insights that help decision‑making.

• You hold a Workday HCM Certification and have completed the Workday Learning course.
• You bring hands‑on experience in Workday reporting, security administration, and functional configuration.
• You demonstrate a background in consultancy and client engagement, with a strong focus on partnership and collaboration.
• You communicate confidently in English (additional languages are always appreciated).
• You are analytical and curious, with a structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach.
• You thrive in a team environment, building trust, strengthening relationships, and fostering inclusivity with colleagues at all levels.
