Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Customer Education Manager (f/m/d) who will design, build, and maintain Apaleo’s customer learning programs. Your mission is to ensure hoteliers, developers, and partners get the most out of our platform, by turning complex product capabilities into simple, actionable learning journeys.
You will own the full spectrum of customer education: from training content to self‑service academies and other scalable learning initiatives. By empowering our customers to become self‑sufficient and confident Apaleo users, you’ll directly contribute to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long‑term success.
