Learnship Networks GmbH, a global provider of language and intercultural training solutions for corporate clients, headquartered in Cologne, Germany, is currently seeking qualified freelance English language trainers to deliver onsite business English training to professionals across Germany.

Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent intonation, pronunciation, and fluency

Formal teaching qualification(s) (e.g. TEFL, CELTA, university degree in education or linguistics)

Experience teaching Business English to adult learners (preferred)

Additional non-teaching professional experience (a plus)

Strong digital skills and confidence using tools like MS Teams, Google Drive, etc.

Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation

Friendly, communicative, and professional presence

Prepare and deliver tailored English training for professionals in a business context

Adapt lessons to learner goals and real-life workplace needs

Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback through reports and evaluations

Collaborate with Learnship’s academic team to ensure consistent training quality
