• Maintain strong relationships with Gartner Research and internal stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery.

• Proven experience in a top‑tier management consultancy with a focus on strategy execution and client impact.
• Deep understanding of IT transformation including digital enablement and artificial intelligence, application modernization, cloud strategy, sourcing and vendor management, cost optimization.
• Strong track record of C‑level engagement particularly with CIOs.
• Demonstrated success in business development account management and revenue growth.
• Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams toward shared goals.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
• Fluent in German and English.
