As a UX Researcher, you will take on a key role in understanding our customers and taking the C2B and B2B user experience to the next level. In close cooperation with stakeholders, product managers and the analysts, you will work deeply into the needs of our customers, develop a comprehensive understanding of the user experience and translate this into well-founded actionable priorities.
