• Lead the French and German Campaigns Teams on a strategic level to reach the company objectives.

Oversee campaign inventory planning by guiding your teams in determining the sellable inventory across various placements and formats and advising the sales team to optimize budget fulfilment.

Act as the main point of contact for all strategic campaign topics, including staffing, process improvement, and technical enhancements.

Review and ensure the quality and feasibility of campaign recommendations for strategic accounts.

Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of campaign performance, collaborating closely with the teams to drive success for high-priority clients.

Support Campaign Managers in both markets by coordinating necessary training to maintain and improve the quality of campaign delivery.

Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines for all aspects of campaign implementation.

Compile regular performance reports detailing campaign outcomes and insights for both markets.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of process and internal guidelines to ensure consistency across teams.

Identify and recommend new delivery channels to meet client needs and adapt to evolving market trends.

• Proven experience in successfully leading performance marketing teams.

Strong track record in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Minimum of 4 years' experience in media buying in a media agency, focused on German or French markets.

Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (additional certifications are a plus).

Data-driven and detail-oriented approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Proactive and organized working manner, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Solid technical understanding and a genuine interest in digital marketing technologies.

Fluency in English and German (min. level C1).
