• Strong expertise in defense and security solutions, including deep knowledge of military procurement processes
• Proven strategic sales leadership in complex, high-stakes environments
• Experience in government affairs, public relations, or advocacy
• Ability to analyze markets, assess opportunities, and support informed bid/no-bid decisions
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on approach
• Very good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage

• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with organizational objectives and defense-
  sector needs
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the defense market, driving growth through
  tailored solutions
• Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and the German Army, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution
• Build and maintain relationships with political decision-makers and government bodies to advance business priorities
• Track legislative and regulatory developments affecting defense procurement and advise internal stakeholders accordingly
