- Strong expertise in defense and security solutions, including deep knowledge of military procurement processes
- Proven strategic sales leadership in complex, high-stakes environments
- Experience in government affairs, public relations, or advocacy
- Ability to analyze markets, assess opportunities, and support informed bid/no-bid decisions
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on approach
- Very good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
