• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development
• Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made
• Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities

• At least 4+ years’ work experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform
• Develop high-quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP, and RESTFUL Services
• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment
• You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel
• Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer II)
• Knowledge of building APIs (python/golang/node) in AWS
