A fast-growing FinTech company in Frankfurt is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape their new Acquisition Tech function. You will collaborate across product marketing, experimentation, and data-driven strategies, helping customers discover and onboard with the offerings. The role offers unique ownership opportunities within a profitable startup and a fast-paced experimental culture. Candidates should have product marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, management, or growth focused on acquisition or onboarding.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing.
- Familiarity with data-driven lead prioritisation and funnel conversion improvement.
- Ability to work in a build-from-scratch environment.
Responsibilities
- Define customer discovery processes and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to develop tools.
- Shape the marketing strategy for the new acquisition tech function.

Role : Product Marketing Manager (Acquisition)
Salary : up to €80,000 + benefits
Location : Frankfurt - ideally 1-3 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this
We're partnered with a well-established and fast growing FinTech that’s building a brand new Acquisition Tech function for the German market. They’re profitable, scaling fast, and investing heavily in product and data - and this is one of the first hires into a team that will shape how they grow in Germany.
As their Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit across product marketing, experimentation, and data-driven problem solving, helping define how customers discover their offering, understand their options, and move through early acquisition and onboarding.
