We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with the drive and potential to grow into a Head of Product / CPO role over time. You will operate across the full product lifecycle — from hypothesis to zero-version, from MVP to experiment evaluation and iteration. This is a hands‑on position suited for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and can lead cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end. You’ll report directly to Onfy CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate product hypotheses and translate them into testable product versions
  • Build zero versions and MVPs quickly and pragmatically launch with engineering and AI tools
  • Design and execute marketing and growth experiments (channels, creatives, landing flows, messaging)
  • Launch traffic and work with analytics to evaluate funnels, cohorts, unit economics, experiment results
  • Make clear, crisp decisions on product direction (there is pull / there is no pull) and define next steps (iterate / pivot / stop)
  • Own the product backlog: align with engineering, manage scope and timelines, and remove blockers
  • Drive initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and legal/compliance (Germany)

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a product team for delivering digital consumer products (eCommerce or ideally eHealth)
  • Proven track record in 0→1 product development and growth experimentation
  • Ability to act as a cross‑functional synthesizer, especially between engineering and marketing
  • Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, excellent people and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and collaborate effectively with legal and compliance teams to navigate German regulatory matters
  • Professional Business English is a must. German is a strong plus
