Your Responsibilities
Office Management
  • End-to-end responsibility for a smooth day-to-day office operation and professional office structures
  • Central point of contact for all employees in the Central Europe region regarding organizational and administrative matters
Interface & Coordination
  • Coordination of overarching employee-related topics for Central Europe
  • Fleet management (coordination and communication with service providers)
  • IT coordination
  • Management and continuous development of our Corporate Benefits programs (e.g. anniversaries, company days, etc.)
  • Development of employee initiatives and engagement projects
Corporate Communications
  • Ensuring a consistent corporate language
  • Planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal communication formats (e.g. newsletters, intranet, internal announcements)
  • Close collaboration with People & Culture, leadership, and specialist departments to ensure consistent internal communication
Your Profile
Must-have
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification; a university degree is an advantage but not required
  • Enjoyment of communication and a professional approach when dealing with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Proven experience in project management
  • High level of initiative and motivation to independently explore new tasks and topics
  • Positive mindset with a strong service and team orientation
  • Enjoyment in actively engaging with people
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and a dynamic way of working
  • Enthusiasm for a diverse and varied range of responsibilities
  • High affinity for IT as well as interest in digital topics and processes
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
