As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles, from technical positions to administrative staff. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensuring we hire not just for skills but also for cultural fit.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings
• Source candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment processCoordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates
• Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics

• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies at once
• Fluency in English
