1. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
2. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, monitor spend, and ensure on-target delivery.
3. Develop media strategies and create impactful marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and consumer engagement, while tracking performance through KPIs.
4. Lead the development of innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and initiatives, to drive profitable growth at scale.
5. Collaborate with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.
6. Lead, develop, and manage a team.

1. University degree in Business or Marketing.
2. 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing within an international FMCG environment.
3. Proven success in brand building, activation, and product launches, with experience guiding teams to success.
4. Autonomous work style, creativity, open-mindedness, organizational and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong presentation skills.
5. Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
6. Proficiency in English and German.

This role is also suitable for part-time work.
