Job Title: Business Analyst Kontokorrent/Dispo-Online (m/w/d) | DBALIQ

Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst Kontokorrent (m/w/d) for our Daily Banking division in the Liquidität Tribe, based in Karlsruhe or Münster. You will work within the Chapter/Squad Kontokorrent, collaborating with 16 colleagues across locations and various interfaces.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Develop ideas and processes with banks to better support our customers.
• Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog and create detailed User Stories.
• Conduct technical analysis and market observation to identify new requirements, trends, and innovative product ideas.
• Develop technical concepts and implement features in coordination with the Product Owner and System Architects.
• Contribute to strategic development, actively participate in an agile team, and engage in cross-functional topics to improve our applications and services daily.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or (Banking) Business Administration with relevant professional experience or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in the financial sector, preferably within the cooperative banking group or similar industry.
• Strong skills in backlog management, writing User Stories, and requirement analysis and alignment.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Enjoy working in a cross-functional, agile team; communicative, solution-oriented, with high quality and responsibility awareness.
