Responsibilities

1. Be the face of security, ensuring top-notch service and safety.
2. Serve as an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service.
3. Carry out regular patrols and proactively assist visitors.
4. Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures.
5. Liaise with the control room and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and report incidents, ensuring security protocols are followed.
7. Maintain vigilance against unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
8. Follow radio procedures and coordinate with environmental services for integrated teamwork.
