Background
Global Knowledge Initiative (GKI) is a US-based nonprofit organization that aims to activate collaborative networks globally to deliver the innovative solutions needed to build more resilient systems. GKI is developing a comprehensive eLearning course rooted in its Systems Innovation Toolkit, a collection of intellectual capital intended for widespread access. The course breaks down complex systems innovation concepts into practical, real-world applications. It is designed to support a range of professionals who develop and implement programs, innovations, policies, or services addressing community challenges.
Assignment Overview GKI seeks a Business Strategy Advisor to guide the development and rollout of a sustainable business model and go-to-market strategy for its Systems Innovation course. The aim is to maximize the product's public benefit while generating revenue to sustain the course. This project requires strategic planning, market analysis, and implementation guidance to ensure successful course monetization. The Advisor will work closely with GKI’s executive, program, and communications teams to define revenue generation strategies, distribution models, and the long-term positioning of the eLearning product.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Throughout the consulting engagement, the Advisor will be expected to build in moments for inputs, feedback, and iteration on the deliverables as part of a collaborative development process.
