A global consumer goods company seeks an intern to support their Global Total Rewards team. The role involves assisting in annual compensation cycles, conducting market research, and ensuring data quality. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and have proficiency in English and MS Office. The internship offers flexible working hours and competitive remuneration, ranging between €1,050-2,270 based on various factors. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in the HR field.
Support the Global Total Rewards team in managing the annual compensation cycles
Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation practices
Support in the preparation of diverse projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field
Interest in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to interpret and analyze compensation data
Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement
Availability as of January 2026 for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands‑on experience
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
