Our marketing strategy is based on a variety of content formats - and that’s where you come in: As an editor in our marketing team, you’ll transform current topics into compelling content and effectively showcase our expertise to the outside world.

• You create high-quality editorial content - from blog posts and whitepapers to case studies - tailored to our target audiences and focused on topics around Artificial Intelligence
• You work closely with internal and external experts and are responsible for coordinating content production
• You contribute actively to the further development of our content marketing strategy and bring your ideas into the conception and implementation of campaigns
• You identify relevant trends related to data and AI and present them in a clear, well-researched, and audience-appropriate manner; once a year, you take the lead in writing our renowned, internationally recognized AI Trends Report
• You play a key role in shaping the personal branding of our CEO on LinkedIn and contribute your own ideas for content and formats - in this area we see great potential and are excited to develop it further with you
• You manage our media relations and associated press tools, regularly draft press releases, and ensure our content gains media visibility
• You write SEO-optimized landing pages for our website, in collaboration with an experienced SEO service provider
• You plan, coordinate, and send out our newsletter, ensuring that our content reaches our community regularly and effectively.

• You hold a degree in communications, media, journalism, or a comparable field and have several years of professional experience in content creation or editorial work
• You are skilled at presenting complex topics in a clear and engaging way
• You have a strong sense for language, storytelling, and audience-specific communication
• You have experience writing editorial content, ideally in a tech or AI-related context, and you use AI tools effectively to streamline your writing process
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of SEO, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and press tools (e.g., Cision)
• You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate well with various stakeholders, whether it’s our CEO, clients, agencies, or colleagues from different departments
• You are creative, curious, and stay up to date with trends and developments in the world of Artificial Intelligence
• You work independently and in a structured way, take ownership of the entire content creation process, and keep an overview even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You have strong communication skills and excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken
