A leading non-profit organization in Germany seeks an Office Coordinator to monitor field personnel activities and assist with payroll and project data. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, and a successful completion of pre-employment checks. A successful Office Coordinator shall monitor and coordinate the activities of field personnel; shall assist in ensuring that all timekeeping/payroll/project data is processed and accounted for timely and accurately.
At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; experience working with various software applications including Microsoft/Google suite and similar data management tools; strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy.
