A leading non-profit organization in Germany seeks an Office Coordinator to monitor field personnel activities and assist with payroll and project data. A successful Office Coordinator shall monitor and coordinate the activities of field personnel; shall assist in ensuring that all timekeeping/payroll/project data is processed and accounted for timely and accurately.
At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; experience working with various software applications including Microsoft/Google suite and similar data management tools; strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy.
