Jobbeschreibung

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.

Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, utilizing testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Apex Test Framework, and Salesforce Test Automation.

Conduct testing activities for various Salesforce features and functionalities, including but not limited to data validation, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, and customizations.

Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth data flow.

Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.

Collaborate with the development team to establish and improve test processes and methodologies, ensuring the adoption of best practices.

Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, providing testing insights and updates on the testing progress.

Collaborate with the QA team to establish and maintain a comprehensive library of test assets, including test plans, test cases, and test data.

Conduct performance testing, analyzing and optimizing system performance and scalability.

Work closely with business users to understand their needs and validate that Salesforce applications meet their requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of quality Salesforce solutions.
