Responsibilities

Requirements
Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or sales context.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
