A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a General Manager to lead strategy and operations in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This pivotal role involves full P&L accountability and requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including market access negotiations. The position is home-office based, requiring candidates to be centrally located in Germany with transportation access.

Reporting to the EVP, Head of International, the General Manager plays a pivotal role in Rhythm’s global expansion by leading strategy and operations within a designated territory. This role is responsible for driving business success across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (GSA), ensuring alignment with global and international objectives while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics.
This role will be home-office based. Candidates applying must be located in a centralized German location and have easy access to transportation and airports.
