A leading organization in the construction industry is seeking a Human Resources Specialist with a salary range of $24.00 - $28.00. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment law, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS/SAP systems. A successful Human Resources Specialist shall be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Human Resources department. In addition, they shall provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management while staying up-to-date on federal and state employment law and compliance. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
The wage range for Specialist Human Resources is $24.00 - $28.00.
