Up to €70,000 basic salary

You will have the scope to develop the future team, win new business, and take full ownership of accounts. Your responsibilities include supporting your team and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

• Developing team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country Manager
• Outlining and implementing strategies
• Identifying new sectors and opportunities
• Achieving turnover and profit margin targets
• Recruiting and managing staff as the team grows
• Prospecting and pitching to new clients in Germany
• Developing proposals and negotiating contracts
• Onboarding new clients and setting them up on the platform
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Contributing to marketing activities

• Proven success in B2B sales within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is essential
• Comfortable working with multinational teams; proficiency in French is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong multitasking ability
• Proficiency with platforms and software including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools, etc.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
• A high degree of self-motivation and perseverance
• An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to put in hard work, focus, and commitment
