Job summary
A technology firm focused on life sciences is seeking a CRM Consultant. The role demands expertise in CRM product management with 10-12 years of experience, particularly with Veeva platforms. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage product backlogs. This position supports remote work and requires a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in product management, CRM platforms, or life sciences technology solutions.
- Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva products and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features.
Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management.
Skilled in stakeholder management, gathering requirements, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting training and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills to evangelize product capabilities.
Preferred certifications : Veeva CRM / Vault, Agile / Scrum (CSPO), Data Management / Governance.
