AI Implementation Manager
Job summary
A fast-growing AI startup is seeking an AI Implementation Manager to lead client deployments of AI solutions. Your role involves translating business requirements, overseeing data and system integration, and ensuring successful implementation. With a strong emphasis on fluent German communication, you will work directly with engineers and product leaders in a fully remote setting across Germany. The position offers a competitive base salary between €90k and €110k, along with equity potential and opportunities for personal influence in a dynamic environment.

As an AI Implementation Manager within the professional services team, you will lead end-to-end client deployments of advanced AI solutions. You will align business requirements with technical delivery, shape and prepare client data, configure and customise tools, and ensure systems are tested, validated, and performing to specification. Acting as a key point of contact between clients, engineering, and product teams, you’ll ensure smooth implementation and measurable business outcomes.

- Lead full-cycle AI solution implementations for enterprise clients, from requirements gathering to post-deployment optimisation
- Translate complex client needs into clear technical specifications and workflows
- Oversee data preparation, cleansing, and integration to ensure systems are trained on high-quality datasets
- Configure, customise, and deploy AI tools and SaaS features to align with client environments
- Manage system testing, validation, and accuracy checks before go-live
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams to resolve technical challenges and refine deployments
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to guide future feature development
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met across multiple simultaneous projects

- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience implementing SaaS or AI / ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Familiarity with data workflows, integration processes, and system testing methodologies
- Strong requirement engineering and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or consulting environments, ideally within AI or enterprise software
- Proficiency with modern project and implementation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
- €90–110k base + meaningful equity potential
