A leading health solutions company in Germany is seeking a Specialty Process Improvement Senior Manager to lead and support process improvement efforts within the Specialty Pharmacy. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of robust experience with process improvement tools and methodologies. You will identify opportunities for operational enhancements and work collaboratively across teams to provide meaningful solutions. The Specialty Process Improvement Senior Manager will lead and support process and performance improvement projects within the Specialty Pharmacy. The manager will conduct deep business process reviews of front end and back end pharmacy operations to improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and financial performance. The senior manager will help define and implement our process improvement program from the ground up, including educating others across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
