Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accurate reporting and process improvement? We’re looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in ensuring our financial integrity and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Review monthly Profit and Loss statements, ensuring all entries are accurate and allocated correctly by cost center and function

• Submit timely and accurate financial reports via Hyperion, in line with Group Treasury and consolidation timelines

• Oversee and review account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules prepared by local teams

• Partner with external auditors and tax consultants to meet all statutory and tax filing requirements

• Provide financial insights and support to regional leadership on finance-related initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

What You Bring:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

• Familiarity with Hyperion or similar financial reporting tools

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards

• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities

• A proactive, analytical approach with great attention to detail

• Full proficiency in English and German is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
