As part of our expanding Media team, you’ll launch and grow a brand-new YouTube channel for the German market. You’ll take the channel from concept to success, owning every step of the process:
- Build a YouTube presence from scratch and make it a must-watch destination for German viewers.
- Lead full video production — from scripting and voice-overs to editing and eye-catching thumbnails.
- Use data and analytics to optimize strategy, boost engagement, and maximize performance.
We need someone curious, independent, highly organized, and creative, who truly knows YouTube inside out.
The ideal candidate:
- Has hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Is a native German speaker with strong English skills.
- Brings energy, fresh ideas, and a deep understanding of what makes content resonate.
