Job summary
A leading cryptocurrency platform in Germany is seeking a Social Media Lead to drive growth and engagement. This role involves leading content creation strategies and community interaction to enhance user acquisition. Qualifications

- Maintain high content activity with at least 12 posts and a backlog of videos in the first 30 days.

Responsibilities
Maintain high content activity in the first 30 days, with at least 12 posts and a prepared backlog of tested short-form videos to select from.
- Content Creation & Trend Integration
- Initiation campaigns for the first post to ensure algorithm-friendly engagement from relevant KOLs and for new content, ensuring immediate high-value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
- Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories. Ensure replies are on-brand, value-additive, and foster positive audience interactions.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
